Ebay is showing I've already created a shipping label for a buyer, I never printed a label and now it's not allowing me to print one, says it's already been done. How can I print this label and get my item out to the buyer, I always ship the same day...

I opened a store under my acct name, items listed are not listing in the store under my store name, the store, it's listing under my acct. name.
