I recently deleted a CC from options to pay, and added a new card, but
now my email is somehow associated with new CC, I do not have a option
to pay via Paypal.

When I go to https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list PayPal isn't even
listed as a option now. When I click the add payment type, only bank
account or CC are options to add. PayPal isn't listed as a option to pay
or add to my wallet. I never change...
No form, just bidding and prefer to pay with PP balance. It's states
balance will be used forst, then a backup method. I have plenty in my
balance and it's bypassed and CC gets charged.
