Item returned and I was charged by eBay I think 138.14 for shipping label!

I'm not sure what's going on but I sent an item back and it says that it has been escalated to eBay and eBay took a the 138.14 stating it was for the return shipping label? The item only cost 139.95. What the heck! Thanks for any input.
