I bought a item on ebay using my ebay bucks but the seller is telling me that the item will cost to much for them to ship so they refunded me. But i bought the item with ebay bucks and did not get a notification of a refund an still shows no ebay buc...

So i bought a item from a seller and two days later it says they are no longer registered with ebay. I went to open a case about the item but for some reason on ebay it says the payment is still processing so it will not let me open a case but on pay...

So the other day i bid 10.00 on a item an became the high bidder but when the item ended today it says i put in a last minute bid for 37.00 but i did no such thing and don't have any autobid features on. Has anyone encountered this problem?
