Every time I sign in, the next screen I get tells me to be sure I pay my
ebay fees so my account isn't deactivated, only I don't owe any fees and

I don't see how a PGX certification could bring DOWN the value of a
book. Heck, buy a book because it's cheaper in the PGX case and then
