eBay

My buyer has requested 6 more days to pay for an item. Ebay has already started an unpaid item case (automatic). What would you do and how do I do it?

I'm a new seller. That's the first problem, but I opened a case for an unpaid item. So on my sellers page I have the "eBay note: An unpaid item case is open for this transaction." The sale was 5/12. I've never heard a thing from ebay as to how the ca...
