ebay policy sucks. I sell an item to a non payer, but since there is no
negative vote I had no idea. BUT when I read the comments from other
users, they leave A POSITIVE vote with nasty comment, like
FeedbackFrom/priceDate/timeBEWARE...BEWARE....NEVE...
