I asked for return as wrong item was received. I was given shipping
label from eBay and I printed it. Before I sent the item to USPS, I got
the full refund. The question is if I don't send the item, will I be
charged for the printed shipping label?
This is finally resolved. I have received check from UPS. The Fax number
I used for sending the claim form is 888-458-7703. THank you for all the
help you have given to me.
UPS customer service gave me a fax number and a mailing address for me
to complete the claim as I can't complete it online without the UPS
shipping account number.
