Auto return policy 25 years on ebay, refund same day, did not set this up, I am done with ebay

Sold a leather jacket, buyer received a full refund same day they filled a complaint and kept the jacket. I did not set this policy up, been on ebay since 1998. Now will list items only under $3. Ebay has lost in the long run.
