Being in eBay for more than 12 years, recently a master scammer scammed
me twice. 1st they purchase a $1000 dollar laptop computer and then
within a week another MacBook over $1000 dollars under different user
name but from same address.3 weeks later...

I did talk to a supervisor in my last call. the wording frustrate me is
all eBay rep see the pictures blurry. regardless how clear picture you
upload they all see "blurry" The lady seemed to be nice but waiting for
an 24-72 hours window. no one know ...
Canceling the sale could be an option however there is another problem
of your defect rate will be too high and when you exceed that, you are
out of 13% selling fee which will kill your profit margin and you will
end up working for eBay for their sel...
According to other posters and some research it is confirmed that these
buyers are likely to be from outside of USA. Filing police report, small
court claim or calling their local authority do nothing to them. The
