I get offers sometimes minutes after looking at an item. But when I'm
selling I can only send offers people watching. I do not understand how
this system works? if it's automatic, does that mean eBay is sending
offers out of my stuff as well?
LOL you're absolutely insane if you think that's not the case... eBay
did not take over payments out of their kindness of their heart to save
you .01% over using PayPal. They will be making millions off the
