Seller left untrue comment. I need to refute it but I can’t find the

Using only the Ap on my iPhone7, deleting purchases worked before for
years. Last few months, I can’t delete them. This has nothing to do with
the Ap. I think a virus got to it. Deleting and reinstalling did not fix
it.
