Anyone having difficulty adding a debit cart for instant payouts? I’ve
tried 3 different cards, and have not had any success. eBay customer
service so far has not been helpful.
A buyer returned an item that he paid $45.00 for, and only received a
$33.00 refund. My console screen shows the $45.00 as the total refund,
has anyone in the community had this issue?
Thank you for your answer, that was my first thought. The return
shipping was only $7.00, still leaves a $5.00 discrepancy. Not really
getting a clear answer from eBay customer service so I thought I would
try the community.
