I agree with you!The bottom line is if you want to sell on eBay, you
must play by their rules.I've been on eBay since 1998... you can't
believe the changes over the years.I left for a few years and decided to
toss my hat in the game again.Interesting...
If you go to eBay Help/ managed payments/ Request helpI think there is
an area that you can find a phone number...I know I found one last week.
