Thanks for responding... I have done this per ebay's direction.. Never
had anything checked to uncheck... Ebay has to know how to fix this but
not willing to help out...One customer service rep said it was an ebay
IT issue... Nothing has corrected it...
Thanks for that info... Ebay has had me do this several times... I DID
NOT have anything checked - I even check Out Bid Notices and left it
there a day then went to to uncheck it... Did not stop the Out Bid
