Has anyone else noticed that, in bulk edit, there is no option for
editing handling time? I have tried several broswers, cleared cache,
restarted my computer but no change. Any hints?Thanks
The buyer notified me of his return. Supposedly he returned the item
however he would not provide a return tracking number. I have never
received the item that was supposedly shipped mid January. Don't want to
be naive but isn't eBay supposed to offe...
I went to leave feedback for a buyer. I inadvertently hit enter before I
was able to type the positive feedback I wanted to leave. Now, it will
not allow me to add a follow up or leave a 5 star rating. I know we
cannot edit feedback so I am wondering...
Looking for Sales Reports and Sales Reports Plus subscriptions. When I
click on subscriptions, there is no list to choose from, just my store
subscription. There used to be but I have been away from selling for
over a year, guessing something changed...
I have a premium store so I should be able to access and use Seller
Reports Plus. It is not showing up on my subscriptions so I cannot
activate it. Any hints????Thanks
