I want to give buyer a partial refund, No returns will be done BUT the "REVIEW REFUND" button remains greyed-out no matter what I input. And what the heck is"Order level refund"---"The amount will be distributed among the items in this order." ?????

Whats up with the "active listings" Display...

Why does the "active listings" Display show the items that I have already SOLD! They have quantities of ZERO in that list. Those are not "active"...BTW my SOLD list is OK.

eBay is NOT showing me my PRE-TAX total (item+post). The report (CSV) doesnt seem to either.

eBay is NOT showing me my PRE-TAX total (item+post). The report (CSV) doesn't seem to either.This total is what I need for my bookkeeping. The grand total is not useful. Is there a way to have it display this pre-tax total?

I was shocked to finally realize that when I give a courtesy refund of excess postage paid to a buyer when the system charges them more $ for the shipping then I actually pay out, That I DO NOT get a credit for the Final Value Fee on shipping!!! This...
