Starting 7/29 the listing summary section above the listings is no
longer there? It had the summary or search options, the count of
listings, bids, ending today,etc…

I had this issue two weeks ago ... eBay agent said it was going to be
fixed in 24-48 hours..... same error today, same promises... known
problem, has been reported, will be fixed sometime... TWO WEEKS LATER

Same issue here - option for eBay Standard Envelope grayed-out when
creating a new label. I also noticed a problem yesterday when creating
new listings - eBay have modified the webpage, shipping section, with
drop-down selections for shipping options...
