New buyer with 4 feedback says they did not understand an offer
obligated them to purchase and has requested to cancel. I have already
opened unpaid item and I can find no way to cancel. Where am I missing

There is ZERO reason to disallow our ability to edit packing list
messages. I want my customers to know they are important to me. None of
the canned response options are suitable and I have to make my own
packing list on a different sheet of paper.
Holy cow. The first actual thing that works. Ebay customer support told
me they are aware of the issue and they do not have an estimated date
for a fix. Unbelievable. Anyway - thanks for this! I have had my store
