Is it the Sellers responsibilty to contact Buyer/Bidder of revised item, 6 days prior to ending of auction? Or is it ebays respondsibilty to notify buyer?

Buyer gave me bad feedback, how do I contact ebay to get it remove. Item was shipped next day.
