before removing the card stating "More Free listings are available with
a backup funding source." Now I can'...
Best offer is not available as an option when listing with PC,Then after
viewing listing, Best offer button is shown.No option to revise to turn
off best offer unless I view listing with my iphone, then turn the
option off.
