A number of sold items are still on my active page and have not been moved to Sold pages ( back to December) . Help !Thanks in advance...

New listing received messaged photos are not the correct pixel size.Have doubled checked and all exceed pixel requirments

I have listed a number of buy it now items and listed them with FREE SHIPPING.When I go to my active listings before opening the item, it indicates CALCULATEDOpening the listing it does show Fast N Free.This is on a laptop not a mobile deviceAny idea...
