How do I mark an item unshipped after I printed the label for after Thanksgiving shipment? I did void the label and processed a cancellation at customer request. Is that the same thing as marking "unshipped"? Susan Magie, Seller

Hi, to maintain top seller status, do I have to always offer free shipping. I've been away for a year, and that part is a little fuzzy to me.
