My app does not give me option to ship UPS. how do I change that????? Thx!

credit for usps label not used

how long does it take to get a credit for a USPS label that was voided? Since it was bought thru Ebay account and not a USPS.com account,USPS will not give info. Who do we ask about it? Thanks!
