I sold item free shipping and post office didn't check it in for over 5 days. Buyer opened case for non shipment. I refunded because I say there was no tracking. Now 4 days later the package was delivered. How do I get my money back now that the case...

CD I sold was damaged during shipping. How do I refund the buyer.

I sold a cd and shipped it. Buyer wrote both case and cd cracked with picture. Wanted refund. I'm having trouble refunding the buyer. Please explain how to do this as I don't want it to count as a defect on me for the fault of the post office.
