Using Ebay Global shipping, why was I charged twice for shipping?
Received a notice today that I owed $21.00 for a shipping label when I
had already purchased it and shipped.
I too have had this issue. I am disabled so I rely on this service. 2
scheduled days and no one picked up my packages. Now the site has an
error where you can't even schedule.
