Is anyone else experiencing huge delays with packages getting through the processing center in Erlanger, KY. I usually send my international shipments direct to my customers, but thought since everything is so crazy I would try Erlanger! Big mistake ...

Is there a way to edit a combined invoice already sent to buyer? International buyer bought more items than can be shipped for under 4 pounds. I need to cancel just 1 item off the combined invoice. Any ideas? thanks brenda
