I sold an item last night. The buyer thanked me for sending an offer (20% discount). I did not send an offer to anyone and have not for at least 6 weeks.What is going on...?

Impossible to find help. I have been a buying and selling member of eBay for over 20 years. I have a 100% rating on over 4000 selling transactions. I have never had difficulty reaching someone to help. I will continue to sell on eBay but I will NEVER...
