I ask buyer to provide confirmation of correct name and address. I have
mailed the order twice and buyer claims not to receive. I use 1st class
mail because of shipping cost on low cost item. Customer ignores my
requests.
I'm paying good money for an ebay store. How can I tell if my orders are
coming via the store or just thru searches on ebay? If for instance only
10% of sales are via my store - I'm really not getting my money's worth
and maybe should juxt close it.
