I tried having a return call from Customer Service. It said 37 minute
wait for the call, I waited, then I tried again and it said 10 minutes
and no return call, then did this a few more times and no return call.
Is their system down?

Thanks will keep that in mind.It has a push knob on the side that turns
on a light on the inside top, but it burned out and would have to open
