Why did ebay remove the negative feedback I left for a seller? Feedback
is very important and buyers have a right to know about their
experiences. I always check it before buying.
I received a damaged item and seller will not respond. I asked ebay to
help on 11/22. Have not received a return shipping label or my refund,
how long does it take. Also the negative feedback I left for the seller
is missing, why?
The item I received was poorly packaged and the item was broken. I tried
to contact the seller 3 times with no response. It was only with eBay's
help that I was able to get my refund. I felt that negative feedback was
appropriate.
