Last time I called the rep said it was a "glitch". Well the "glitch" is
still present and its been years since this first started. As sellers,
we were lied to. They are stealing our money and our time.
Ebay is robbing thousands of sellers per day. This is still going on in
Jan 2024. Why should the seller eat the promotional fee when the buyer
cancels for any reason bf payment or not? the answer: They shouldn't.
