Underpaid shipping costs

Apparently I miscalculated the shipping costs for an item that I sold. How do I rectify the payment?

ebay won't help... can someone out there help me?

I purchased an item in mid-February... a shipping label was created but after 10 days the item was suppose to be in a USPS in Cali and was not moving. I contacted the seller. They stated that due to the severe weather in the US, pkgs were being delay...

Local Pickup on item.

I purchased an item that was to include a local pickup. When I attempted to make arrangements to pick up the item, the seller tells me that he will leave it on a bench but needs a specific time and day that I will be there to pick it up!! WTH is this...
