Has anyone had any luck with working out negotiated pricing with usps,
fedex, or ups? I know the more you ship the better the discount you can
get but how much do you have to ship to get a better deal than ebay?

I made a negotiated deal with ups and I realized after shipping about a
dozen packages that they were still more expensive than usps. I ship
about $500 per month. I think I need to do a lot more business to get a
price that is less than ebay usps.
