I listed & sold a 2oz item set with large envelope ship for $2.31. When I try to buy label it goes to ground advantage for over $4. Why is it not using the service I set and the buyer chose?

I listed & sold a 2oz item. Buyer selected USPS large envelope shipping service as it was listed. Yet after it sold, eBay charged buyer for their choice of large envelope @$2.31 but is charging me USPS Ground Advantage @$4.14. or $1.73 more, why?
