Yes, I understand. But as a casual seller, the record-keeping and
additional income tax forms hardly seem worthwhile. The $600 threshold
seems unrealistically low.
If I were selling products on eBay as a business, receiving a 1099 would
not be a problem. But when I am selling used items that I no longer need
