Has anyone gotten through to support? How can a company this big have
Customer Support down for days without any sort of notice? Tried through
the website for Live Agent, Call Back, and even messaged on Facebook and
nothing.....
When there was no call back options, and live chat said “not available”
all morning even inside their posted hours of operation it is
essentially down. I just tried again after seeing luxgoods response and
finally got through to receive a call back. ...
