Ok, I'll start right at the beginning. I open Ebay, then type an item in to the search option. When I get to the page listing the items I click on one of the listings. Instead of opening the item's detail in the same page, a new page (tab) opens with...

Every time I click on something it opens a new tab. Is this something new with Ebay? It's really annoying and I'm hoping someone has a quick fix I can use to get past this. Thanks!

If I sent out a package and the tracking shows "out for delivery" but the item never arrives, am I rsponsible as a seller?
