I am buying something for $15.00 & it is $22.85 to ship and I am being
charged $2.65 tax.My local tax rate is 7% so tax should be $1.05... Why
is shipping cost being taxed?

charged me 8.5% tax instead of 7% which is the delivery address tax

My packing slip no longer shows the price break down (price of item,
shipping cost, and total amount paid). The gift option is unchecked & I
don't know why this information is not missing when I am printing a
packing slip.Thanks for any advise
