I am trying to buy an iterm. We were negotiating and it came to an end
when I ran out of offers. Couple days later, I was able to offer the
last amount she countered to me. She won't accept it. How can this be
allowed?
When I look at the items I'm selling, sometimes it gives me an option to
make an offer to the people that are watching an item. Yet, there are
some items with watchers that I would like to make an offer to, but I
don't see the option.
Is this accurate? This is the first time I've experienced this, where I
accept offer, but item still shows available and I can't contact buyer.
Please advise. Thank you
