Somewhere I read that caps that are spring activated are allowed on
ebay, as long as I mention it in the listing. But I cannot find what I
read a couple days ago. Anyone know where I can find this article?
Toy cap guns use a spring to pop the cap. This is what I meant by spring
activated! I am pretty sure that I saw something in an article about the
caps being allowed if they are activated by a spring....
