I can't contact my buyer?

Has Ebay changed the rules again. The machine says I can send a message to a buyer but it does not allow me to send a message. What the heck? Greg C.

Why can't I change sales or delete them from my listings?

Suddenly they are auto relisting my auctions and preventing me from stopping them or listing them at fixed fee. How do I stop them.
