I am a disabled veteran and have tax exempt status in Oklahoma. When I
make a purchase through Amazon, they do not collect sales tax. I had to
submit proof of my exemption. Does eBay have the same policy and if so,
who would I contact? Thanks.
I bought an item July 7th and it has been shipped, but not received.
seller is no longer a registerd user and eBay removed the item. Original
