I know they don't get scanned at the PO. They get scanned somewhere else
down the road, prolly at the first distribution center it arrives at.
I'm able to ship with just the toploader in an envelope, no extra
padding or protection, except for the top...
I use 2x7 labels in a Brother QL-800 for printing eBay Standard Envelope
labels, and works fine, albeit very small font, but haven't had a
problem yet.
I use the Brother QL-800 and have the same problem, the print is very
small. Although I haven't had any issues with the 50 or so shipments
made with the standard envelope, I would like larger fonts as well. If I
find anything out, I'll report back.
I've had the Canon Image Formula R40 for about a year now, for the
money, $220, it works like I want it too. It'll scan 25 cards at a time,
front and back at 300 dpi, which is the minimum for eBay zoom. It scans
incredibly fast.
