A vintage stereo item was listed and working. While moving to new
location a bid was placed on the item.When item was unpacked found it

Sold used bike part in Feb 2018. Customer wants refund after over a
year. Says he never received item. No case opened with either Ebay or
PayPal and no complaint within last year and a half. No correspondence
until this week about not receiving parts...
