When I sell a small item (say $50 or less), I'm charged 2 "Final Value
Fees"... one is called "Standard Order Level Fixed" (usually 30 cents) &
the other is called "Standard Variable" (over 10%). Why?
I want to mark a sold item as "shipped", but the "More Actions" drop
down menu is not working. How else can I mark the item as shipped? Is
anyone else having this issue?
