eBay has restricted my Seller account for some reason. I assume it's
because I could not fulfill a few orders, being that the merchandise was
missing. But I have a very high approval rating. Any way to expedite

Really wasn't paying attention to the small print. Thought it was a
decent deal and entered the correct dimensions and weight. If I couldn't
do it, I should not have been able to do it.
