Yes I sent a copy of my drivers license within 15 minutes of getting the
email on 1/26 - and then on 2/7 send a photo of my passport hoping that
maybe it would speed up the process. I haven’t gotten another message
from them since, and call 2-3 times...
@loktar00 it seems I’m going through a similar situation. I’m currently
on day 27. Much like you, no idea why - 23 year member and got the same
message as you out of the blue. Wish me luck
