I shipped an order 2 weeks ago but eBay won't let me indicate it was shipped. When I click "Mark order as shipped" I get the following message "We ran into a problem. Please try again later." I've been trying for 2 weeks and always get the same messa...

For some reason I've been getting a blank page when I click on the Seller box to get into 'Manage active listings'. Any idea what the problem could be?
