I'm not sure if this is what the seller's order page looks like. Singapore and Malaysia are on the list yes, and the package was estimated to have been delivered by the 26th July. I did attempt to open an item not received case through the order list...

1) there have been regular listings for the past year and that seller has a 95% positive rating and when it's that high i doubt many would bother to seek out the negatives, but that is immaterial now that you seem to be putting the onus on the buyer....
